Training in Subjects Spl. To C.D. Service is the responsibility of C.D. OFFICER.
In all vulnerable Towns paid C.D.Instructional staff is authorised at the scale of two whole time Instructors, one clerk and one Messenger for one Lakh population.
This staff can also be used for the purposes of planning , Organisation and Execution of C.D. Measures
